Halsway Bursaries

18-35 bursaries

We would like to continue to welcome people of all ages to Halsway, and appreciate that younger people in particular may require some degree of financial assistance to take part in our courses.

We offer bursaries to singers, musicians and dancers, aged between 18 and 35 years old, who would like to take part in one of our courses but are prevented from doing so by their financial circumstances. In your application, we ask you to explain why you require a bursary for the course - we use this answer to determine whether we can support you or not. Sadly, we can’t support everyone, but endeavour to assist as many people as possible.

Please note that bursary applications are not accepted for Partnership courses (look for the P in the brochure or ‘Partnership’ label on the website), or for any courses that already include a discounted ticket price for under 35s.

Halsway Young Folk bursaries

We do not want funding to be a barrier to participation in our Halsway Young Folk courses for young people aged 7 - 21. Families who would like to send their child to a Halsway Young Folk course but who are unable to meet the full fee requirements should contact Crispian Cook (CEO) by email to discuss Young Folk bursaries.
