Join singers and choir leaders, Ben & Dom, for a weekend of fun & uplifting harmony singing. This will be a relaxed weekend of singing in glorious harmony and embracing the togetherness of group singing. They will guide you through a mixed tapestry of songs, drawing on music from far and wide, old and new, including folk song and some self-penned creations.

Ben & Dom will teach a selection of accessible and tuneful songs in a relaxed and inclusive way, to open your eyes and ears to the joy of singing with others. We hope that you’ll go home with a tune in your heart, a spring in your step, and a fire in your belly!

Who is this singing weekend for?

This weekend is open to singers of all levels of ability, and no previous singing experience is required. All songs will be taught by ear, so there is no requirement to read sheet music either.

The focus will be on singing together in harmony, though there will, of course, be chance to bring your own songs to the bar in the evening.

The Team

Ben & Dom are a singing duo from South London. Ben takes the high notes and Dom takes the low notes (most of the time). The intricate blend of their harmonies comes from a close friendship and shared love of singing together. Ben & Dom weave their voices around songs old and new, performing original material alongside new interpretations of folk songs. Their lyrics touch on friendship, nature and what it means for two men to sing together in this modern day.

The duo debuted at Cambridge Folk Festival, supported Tom Robinson on his tour and have taken their singing and songs around the UK. Their debut EP ‘Shoulder’ was well received by audiences and industry, with widespread coverage on blogs and radio.

“Just amazing” (Tom Robinson).

Their music has been played on BBC 6Music & Radio 3. The duo released their first full length album in early 2023, and have toured across the country, running very popular workshops alongside their brilliant gigs.
